Ingredients

For wings:

1 kg chicken wings with skin (I used knns)

Ā½ cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 heaped teaspoon crushed fresh garlic

1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes

1ā„4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika powder

For sauce:

1 cup barbecue sauce

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons hot sauce

4 tablespoons butter

1ā„2 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, crushed garlic and the spices.Ā Wash, dry, and dip the wings into the flour mixture until coated.Ā Cover a baking tray with butter paper/foil and cover it with a thin coating of oil.Ā Place the wings in a single layer on the baking tray and put in the oven.Ā Cook for approx 30 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, turning once.Ā While they are baking, make the sauce by slowly simmering the sauce ingredients over the lowest heat.

When the wings are done baking, carefully dip them in the sauce, put them back on the tray and sprinkle generous amount of sesame seeds. Place them back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling. Garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy.
